Flexibility’s role is as follows:

Organizational- and positional description and requested profile
Advertising and administration
The process of going through applications, which include application registration and confirmation

Selection

Primary selection (fits requirements well – fits requirements somewhat – does not fit requirements). Feedback to all applicants is essential in Flexibility’s work.

Interviews

  • The first interview is generally a short interview
  • Selection of candidates based on first interview
  • Second interview is generally a more complete and structured interview including a personal profile analysis
  • Final selection based on second interview

CV presentation of final candidates to the client

Flexibility makes an oral presentation of the candidates to the client so that the client can make a selection of the final candidates to interview.

Summary of applicants

Flexibility will provide the client with a summary of the applications received during the selection process along with some or all of the CV’s which were received.

Feedback and follow-up

After recruitment Flexibility contacts each unsuccessful candidate to provide appropriate feedback concerning their application. Flexibility also provides follow up with the client and the appointed candidate generally over the six months following recruitment.
